After more than a century of development, Gamma Vkusa is a production complex that processes fruit and vegetables into high-quality baby food, juices, preserved foods, vacuum-packed vegetables and purées.
Creating a product begins with selecting raw materials.
Most of our products are made from produce grown in Belarus, except fruits and vegetables that do not grow here, such as bananas, oranges, pineapples and grapes.
Gamma Vkusa has its own 200-hectare growing area, where apples, red and black currants, strawberries, potatoes, carrots and beetroot are grown. Produce from this area is used exclusively for baby food.
Purées are made directly from fresh fruit and berries during the harvest season, when they have the best nutritional and vitamin and mineral content.
Modern high-capacity equipment allows us to process fruit and vegetables in season and keep our baby food production running throughout the year.
The taste of our products reflects the characteristics of Belarusian produce and the weather in which it was grown.
Fruit and vegetable purées are made at Gamma Vkusa using modern equipment from European manufacturers. A forced-circulation evaporator produces purées with the required Brix value.
This helps us achieve the consistency needed for baby food without adding thickeners such as starch or rice flour.
Gamma Vkusa monitors every stage of production, from selecting seeds and growing and harvesting crops to manufacturing and delivering finished products.
